Harley bikes and parts $3500

I have a two harley davidson frames. One of them is a 78 sportster but it is only half way assembled, i have all the parts to finsh putting the sportster together. I have both fenders the gas tank the handle bars the seat and the headlight and the foot pegs. The engine in the sportster has brand new pistons and it is a iron head 1000cc engine. The other bike i have is a chopper of some sort and it does not have an engine or handle bars its just the frame sitting on the wheels and tires.

The chopper frame does have a brand new springer front suspension on it tho as well as the seat. I do not have any titles to these bikes (can not find them) the bikes and the parts belonged to my father and he passed away last year and left them to me. He was slowly putting the sportster together and had plans for the chopper frame with the springer front suspension. I am asking 3500.00 or best offer for both bikes and all of the parts for them. The reason i am selling these is because they are taking up half of my storage. And i am also in the middle of remodeling my home and with that and my job i would not have any time for them even if i wanted to finish building them.
